Role Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee operations at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety regulations. Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage wastage to optimize profitability. People Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a strong team to deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a positive work culture, ensuring employee engagement and motivation. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor laws. Maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, expenses, and staffing. Report operational updates and key performance metrics to senior management. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-8 years in a managerial role within the QSR or fast-food industry. Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, team management, and customer service.
