Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include managing and supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves training staff, managing schedules, and addressing any operational concerns to enhance overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members
• Operational expertise, including inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Customer service skills to handle guest interactions and ensure a positive dining experience
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address operational challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business management, or a related field
