Salary Range: ₹24k to 40k

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, smooth management of departments, and profitability of the property. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and quick issue resolution.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost efficiency across departments.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent service standards.
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards for smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for operational needs.
• Monitor occupancy rates, manage room inventory, and drive sales & marketing initiatives to increase bookings.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of lodging and resort operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-centric with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

• Someone with hands-on experience in resort operations and guest engagement.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Energetic, resourceful, and committed to delivering a memorable guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
