Resort Manager

Overview:

Resort Supervisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest queries and feedback effectively.
• Supervise and train staff, creating a motivated and service-oriented team.
• Monitor property upkeep, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the management company (N Square) on reporting, financial performance, and marketing initiatives.
• Support in event coordination, local activity arrangements, and guest engagement programs.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel, resort operations, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing a small team and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Guest-focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with PMS/OTA platforms and basic financial reporting is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with background in boutique resorts or leisure hospitality.
