Overview: Black Forest Wayanad by N Square Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and passionate Resort Supervisor / Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique resort. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and can effectively manage a small team while ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest queries and feedback effectively. Supervise and train staff, creating a motivated and service-oriented team. Monitor property upkeep, inventory, and vendor coordination. Implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the management company (N Square) on reporting, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. Support in event coordination, local activity arrangements, and guest engagement programs. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel, resort operations, or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing a small team and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Guest-focused attitude with keen attention to detail. Experience with PMS/OTA platforms and basic financial reporting is a plus. Preference for candidates with background in boutique resorts or leisure hospitality.
