Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager/ Asst Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage reservations operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
Analyze reservation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train team members to achieve high performance standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and guest interactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry.
