Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Reservations Manager/Asst Manager in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the reservations process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Train and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in reservations management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and provide creative solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
