Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Supervisor/ Associate to join our team at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate the reservation process to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on reservation performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
