Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Reservation Manager with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically at Holiday Inn New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing reservations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the reservation process for seamless execution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to bookings and reservations.
Train and guide team members on best practices and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to improve processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in reservation management or a related field.
