TSG Hotels and Resorts is a leading group of hotels and resorts in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, with four properties located in Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil. We are locally-owned with a long-standing history dating back to the 1930s. Our commitment is to offer exceptional hospitality experiences in the beautiful surroundings of the islands.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Manager, located in Port Blair. The Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing reservation systems, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks also include coordinating with the sales team, processing booking requests, and providing training to team members on reservation protocols and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Reservations and Sales skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Training experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in reservation software and systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
