Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Executive located in Port Blair. The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the hotel by actively seeking new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and attending industry events to represent the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Budget

> Rs 18,000/- to Rs 24,000/- per month.
