Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Port Blair. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This includes analyzing financial data, coordinating audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Assistant Manager Finance will also play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial processes. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills Experience in preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating audits Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Minimum 4 years of work experience required in hotel industry. The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the hotel by actively seeking new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and attending industry events to represent the hotel. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Budget > Rs 18,000/- to Rs 24,000/- per month.
