Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Port Blair. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Proficiency in accounting, accounts payable, and receivable management
Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and reporting standards
Excellent analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field is advantageous
