Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Port Blair. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This includes analyzing financial data, coordinating audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Assistant Manager Finance will also play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating audits
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of work experience required in hotel industry.

Budget

> Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000 per month.
