Reservation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservation Manager to oversee and optimize reservation operations for our corporate and travel-industry partners. This role is responsible for managing all inbound B2B bookings, maintaining strong partner relationships, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from inquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all B2B reservations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel agencies, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Maintain and update reservation systems, client profiles, pricing, and availability.
• Optimize booking procedures and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and revenue.
• Handle escalations, last-minute changes, and complex booking requests.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on booking volume, partner performance, and operational metrics.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Train and support reservation staff (if supervisory responsibilities apply).
• Assist in contract compliance, rate loading, and inventory management for B2B accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reservations, hospitality, travel management, or a related B2B role.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems, CRM tools, or travel industry technology (e.g., PMS, CRS, GDS).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,509.33 - ₹37,086.02 per month
