Tiaraa Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Reservation Manager to join our team at our beautiful Ramnagar property. If you’re passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and smooth reservation operations — this role is for you!
Position: Reservation Manager
Location: Ramnagar (Jim Corbett)
Experience: 2+ Years in Hospitality Reservations
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate preferred
Manage and supervise the reservations team
Handle online/offline booking channels
Maintain guest satisfaction through prompt communication
Coordinate with front office and sales teams
Ensure 100% accuracy in booking entries and inventory
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Experience in hotel reservation systems (IDS/OTA portals, PMS)
Ability to handle peak-season booking flow
Team management and problem-solving attitude
