Job Summary:

As a Reservation Manager, you will oversee the reservation process, ensuring seamless booking experiences, maximizing occupancy, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, expertise in reservation systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the reservation department.
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management.
• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Ensure accurate booking details, payment processing, and confirmation communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional offers and packages.
• Analyze reservation trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy reports.
• Train and supervise reservation staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Resolve booking-related guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the reservation system and databases are updated regularly.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in reservation systems and property management software (PMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
