We are seeking an experienced Reservation Manager to oversee our reservation operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective management of room inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all reservation activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Monitor reservation trends and provide reports to management for strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reservation systems to prevent overbooking.
  • Train and supervise reservation staff to enhance customer service and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to reservations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue management strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
