We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team in India. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in teaching or research, and be committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging chemistry course content at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of chemistry.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic committees.
Advise and mentor students in their academic and career pursuits.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
Strong understanding of organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting laboratory experiments and guiding students in practical sessions.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration.
