Overview:

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide commercial real estate market, business location, construction and transaction intelligence.
• Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports, including whitepapers, articles, and industry publications, to establish thought leadership and support both client and internal requirements.
• Analyze real estate market trends, talent, city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
• Author research-led articles and blogs to establish Altre as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain a structured research knowledge base for internal and client use.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or have serviced setting up of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is desirable.
• Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities. Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
