Research Manager

Role Overview: As a Research Manager at Ideapoke, you will be a key individual contributing to the client's technology and innovation strategy requirements. Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal analyst teams to ensure the delivery of valuable data and insights. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative search approaches, managing research projects, and focusing on high client satisfaction through seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with clients to translate business objectives into actionable requirements. - Manage complex technology research projects and mentor a team of research leads and analysts. - Define and customize project execution frameworks and delivery models. - Align research project execution with Ideapoke's SaaS platform for a seamless client experience. - Interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for market, technology, and competitive intelligence. - Collaborate with customer success, account management, and senior management to address challenges and enhance client value. - Support sales teams in presales activities and client-oriented presentations. - Work with customer account and strategic research teams to facilitate account-based marketing. - Innovate on the Ideapoke SaaS product to enhance client experience continuously. Qualifications Required: - BE / BTech + MTech or MBA degree. - Minimum of 8+ years experience in custom market research or technology research. - Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. - Experience delivering research projects across various domains and markets. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages like Japanese is a plus.
