We are a group of over 30 members with a global presence in India, the Philippines, Japan, the U.K. and the U.S. The Impact We are the primary support channel for our research contributors when issues or queries arise with their content distribution, processing, tagging and readership. Additionally, we are responsible to effectively ensure our clients are properly entitled to the correct access set up on our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute data research initiatives across India, the Philippines, APAC, and EMEA , leveraging both primary and secondary research methodologies. Develop robust research frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness through effective data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. Provide strategic market insights, emerging trends, IT outsourcing trends, AI impacts and adoption, and data-driven intelligence to support high-impact research engagements. Mentor and guide the research team, fostering skill development and contributing to the overall practice growth. Drive data product innovation by curating high-quality training datasets and introducing critical enhancements to research methodologies. Collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate research insights into strategic decision-making. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with industry databases such as LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and open-source professional communities. Utilize advanced tools, including GPT models and data visualization platforms , to enhance research efficiency. Stay ahead of industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative research methodologies. Ensure the integrity and reliability of collected data through critical analysis and validation techniques. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in primary and secondary research focused on talent intelligence, job market analytics, new dataset evaluation techniques, and technology skills assessment. Educational Background: MBA or B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science or IT). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Expertise in conducting primary and secondary research , with proficiency in structuring research methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings effectively. Familiarity with prompt engineering , Python, SQL, BigQuery, and No-Code/Low-Code platforms is a plus.
