As a Senior Manager / AVP in Commercial Real Estate at Altre Gurgaon, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading transaction execution, and supporting portfolio expansion for enterprises. Your role will involve delivering insights, managing teams, and ensuring alignment between client goals and Altres services. Your responsibilities will include assessing client requirements and driving engagement from proposal to delivery, managing site visits, financial models, proposals, and deal closures, preparing and presenting reports on leasing trends, rents, and absorption in Gurgaon, leading team efforts on key accounts and execution mandates, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction, supporting internal knowledge sharing and delivery excellence, and working closely with enterprise and startup clients. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, possess excellent client service orientation and communication skills, demonstrate strong financial acumen and market research capabilities, be able to work effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments, and be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
