Role Overview: We are seeking a UX Lead Designer with strong expertise in AI-powered design practices to lead the creation of intelligent, user-centric digital experiences. You will play a critical role in integrating artificial intelligence into our UX workflows — from research to prototyping and personalization. This role demands a visionary designer with hands-on skills and a passion for solving real-world problems using AI. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design strategy and execution across web, mobile, and enterprise applications Incorporate AI-driven insights into user research, journey mapping, and behavior analysis Use AI tools (e.g., Figma plugins, Framer AI, Uizard, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance ideation, prototyping, and UI generation Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing) to drive AI-integrated design solutions Champion the creation of adaptive and personalized UX based on machine learning models and behavioral data Stay up to date with AI trends in design, and actively experiment with emerging tools and practices Mentor and guide junior designers in both UX principles and AI-enhanced workflows Conduct usability testing and optimize user journeys through intelligent iteration Maintain design consistency while innovating within brand and product guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years integrating AI into design workflows Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced design thinking and successful product launches Proficiency in modern design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and AI-augmented design platforms Solid understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, and human-centered design Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Uizard, Framer AI, and other AI design accelerators Familiarity with AI concepts such as NLP, predictive modeling, personalization, and generative design Excellent communication and storytelling skills – ability to pitch ideas and present designs clearly Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
