Research Executive

As a Research Executive at Dataction, your primary role will be to support the BD team member by conducting secondary research. This will involve maintaining databases related to reach out campaigns, companies, or contacts of international markets. Your daily tasks will include working on assigned tasks of secondary research and utilizing different research platforms such as Apollo, Lusha, DiscoverOrg, RocketReach, or ChatGpt for efficient database building. It will be your responsibility to conduct hygiene checks on all worked databases periodically, ensuring that the campaign database is well-maintained and scrubbed for real-time information at all times. Moreover, you will be expected to provide basic and accurate information via email or conference calls, receive, sort, and distribute databases as required, as well as maintain various database files both on the system and online in real-time. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will involve utilizing research platforms as per the subscription, updating databases of different sectors and geographies for campaigns, keeping records of campaign databases updated, and performing periodic sanitization activities on campaign data. Qualifications Required: - Eager to learn and grow in the secondary research space. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, or any leading CRM. - Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint for internal consumption. - Professional attitude and appearance. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. - Excellent organizational skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Customer service attitude. - Graduate of any stream.
