About The Role
We are looking for
BTS Online Operations Associates
who will support the smooth delivery of our online programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage live sessions, customer queries, and compliance checks efficiently. Candidates must be proactive, reliable, and comfortable engaging with learners in a fast-paced digital learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Session Hosting
- Host and moderate daily live sessions for students.
- Ensure sessions start and end on time while maintaining high engagement levels.
- Coordinate with instructors to manage session flow and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Customer Support & Experience
- Respond to student queries across chat, email, and tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide clear, professional support to enhance the overall learner experience.
- Content & Compliance Review
- Watch recorded classes to identify any references to time-sensitive or market-linked information.
- Flag and document instances where current market data or sensitive guidance is discussed.
- Ensure content meets internal guidelines before it goes live for new batches.
- Operational Coordination
- Maintain daily logs of sessions, attendance, and escalations.
- Support additional operational tasks as new batches are launched.
Every weekend will be working.
