What You’ll Own Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder Manage founder’s calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups. Triage emails and maintain timely, professional external communication. Prep for meetings, organize notes, and help manage post-meeting actionables. Be a thought partner — anticipate needs, solve proactively. Podcast & Guest Outreach Research and pitch the founder for relevant podcast appearances. Draft compelling cold DMs/emails that feel personal and convert. Coordinate scheduling, bios, talking points, and follow-ups. Build relationships with podcast hosts, creators, and PR leads. Content & Brand Communication Ghostwrite sharp, engaging LinkedIn posts that reflect the founder’s tone. Repurpose podcast appearances and internal updates into social content. 🔍 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in executive support, content writing, or outreach. Exceptional written communication — crisp, clear, human. Experience with LinkedIn writing or ghost content (major bonus). Extremely organized — can manage multiple moving pieces at once.
