Key Responsibilities:

• Taking/ Answering calls and collect opinion of US based respondents as per the project assigned
• Need to take care of data collection services and adhere to company policies
• Need to maintain professionalism & telephonic etiquettes
• Need to maintain individual performance report and share it daily
• Need to adhere to the instructions given by reporting manager/Leader

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong analytical and secondary research skills.
• Proficient in telephone etiquette and professional conduct.
• Comfortable with internet browsing and online tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• 1+ years of minimum experience
• Saturday and Sundays fixed off.

Salary- 35K -45K Per Month

Location - Noida 135

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,654.90 per month
