Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telephone Interviewer located in Noida. The Telephone Interviewer will be responsible for conducting surveys and interviews via telephone, collecting and recording data accurately, and ensuring data quality. Additional responsibilities include building rapport with respondents, following research guidelines, and providing feedback to the research team for improving survey processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
• Ability to follow guidelines and protocols effectively
• Prior experience in market research or survey conducting is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with respondents
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
