Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone interviews with applicants using provided question sets
• Evaluate candidates based on established hiring criteria and rating guidelines
• Capture detailed notes and candidate responses in applicant tracking systems
• Maintain professional tone and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Escalate strong or concerning applicants to recruiters or hiring managers as needed
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and timely communication with candidates
• Protect confidential applicant information and follow HR compliance standards

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and note-taking skills
• Ability to objectively assess candidate qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Previous experience in interviewing, HR support, or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently, handle high call volume, and maintain professionalism
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace for conducting phone interviews

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
