Job Description

Immediate Joiner – Research Associate (Research & Consulting, Acquisition & Aquihire)


About the Role:

data-driven insights, in-depth research, and impactful reports


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research on HR trends, talent acquisition, and consulting topics
  • Analyze qualitative & quantitative data for key insights
  • Support client projects with research and data analysis
  • Help the

    Talent Acquisition team

    with research-driven insights for sourcing and market mapping
  • Design and develop visually engaging reports & presentations
  • Contribute to thought leadership content (white papers, articles, etc.)


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of research experience (HR consulting or

    talent acquisition research

    preferred)
  • Strong research & data analysis skills (Excel/SPSS proficiency)
  • Excellent communication & report design abilities
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
