Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Research Analyst / Associate to join our team, with expertise in stocks, company analysis, financial analysis, fundamental analysis, and detailed reporting. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide detailed reports on companies and their stock performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
Collaborate with the research team to develop new research ideas and strategies.
Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, economics, and finance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A CFA, CA, or ICWA certification is preferred.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
