Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in the world of Research, data analysis, business intelligence, and cutting-edge technologies. As a Research Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights, conduct detailed research, and help drive data-informed decision-making within our organization. You will also work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions, create reports, and present your findings in a clear, compelling way. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research (Primary & Secondary) and analysis in AI/ML applications for business and industry-specific solutions.
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.

predict increases in RTO, escalation cases, and traffic metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and apply AI/ML techniques for solutions.
Assist in designing AI-driven business strategies and process improvements.
Evaluate and implement AI models and ML algorithms to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data analytics trends and suggest innovative solutions.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field from IIT, NIT, or IIM.
Minimum 1 year of industry experience in Primary & Secondary Research ,business analytics, AI research,.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications in business.
Excellent research skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for AI-driven business transformation and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Business Analytics, AI, or ML from reputed institutions like IIT.
