Mentorship and Collaboration: Serve as the subject matter expert on Azure Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL, providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including developers, solutions architects, and system administrators. Lead design and code reviews, and help define technical standards and best practices for the entire organization. Required Skills & Experience Compute & Serverless: Lambda, Batch, API Gateway, Step Functions Storage & Databases: Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB DevOps & Automation: Terraform Security & Identity: Azure Active Directory, Entra Monitoring: Azure Monitor Networking: Azure VNET Good understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and familiarity with tools like Git. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Azure Certification(s) such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Admin. Experience working in agile/scrum environments. Exposure to AI/ML services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Include: End-to-end SAP system administration, including performance monitoring, TMS management, client copies, system refreshes, user/role management, security patching, and background job administration. Leading and executing SAP system upgrades (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA) and complex migrations (e.g., AnyDB to HANA), including detailed cutover planning. Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutionsfor SAP systems (e.g., cluster configurations, HANA System Replication). You'll also conduct regular DR drills to ensure RPO/RTO objectives are met. Working effectively in complex SAP landscapes with multiple interconnected systems and third-party integrations, collaborating with various IT teams to ensure seamless operations and troubleshooting integration issues. Identifying opportunities for automation and innovation to improve system stability, efficiency, and security. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience. Proven expertise in planning and executing SAP system upgrades and migrations. Demonstrable experience in complex SAP environments with multiple integrations. Strong understanding and practical experience with HA and DR solutions for SAP systems. In-depth knowledge of various SAP NetWeaver components and architecture. Proficiency in administering SAP HANA databases (installation, patching, backup/recovery, performance tuning). Experience with Linux, Windows Server, and potentially AIX. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP on cloud is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
