Support change management processes including release coordination, UAT, and documentation. Identify process automation and workflow optimization opportunities across platforms. Development Support (Light) Support component-level AEM enhancements (templates, workflows, permissions). Assist in basic rule creation in Launch, campaign setup in Target, or form customization in Marketo as needed. Collaborate with developers and architects for troubleshooting and platform customization. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing enterprise marketing or content platforms, with at least 5 years of direct experience in Adobe Experience Cloud administration.
