Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Renewals Advisor to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewals and be able to work effectively with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective renewal strategies to increase client retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet client needs.
Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the renewal process.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in renewals or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze client data and identify areas for improvement.
Experience working in a hospital or medical services setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
