Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Relationship Officer based in Sector 2, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities of the position include assisting in maintaining and building strong client relationships, managing customer accounts, addressing client queries, and providing excellent customer support. You will also support the implementation of relationship management strategies, analyze client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships and maintain excellent customer service
• Basic understanding of data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in client relationship management, financial services, or consultancy is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
