Job Role: Relationship Officer Field Sales (Freshers)

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Relationship Officers. This is a field sales role involving customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting company products/services within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers within the assigned area to promote products/services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with customers for closures and complete documentation as required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and conversions.
Represent the company in a professional manner during field activities.

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Basic understanding of sales will be an added advantage.
