Job Description

A relationship officer builds and maintains client relationships, serving as a liaison between a company and its customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, handling inquiries and issues, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Client relationship management:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.

Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, support) to ensure client needs are met and internal workflows are efficient.

Reporting:
Prepare reports on client interactions, outcomes, and account status.

Compliance and training:
