Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquire and manage
Working Capital customers
(new-to-bank and existing) for funding solutions such as Cash Credit, Overdraft, Bill Discounting, Term Loans, etc.
Perform detailed
financial analysis, credit assessment
, and prepare credit appraisal memos for working capital limits.
Monitor the
health of the portfolio
by tracking utilization, renewals, repayments, and early warning signals.
Ensure
compliance
with all internal and external regulations, documentation, and policies.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
Maintain regular client interactions to build long-term
relationships and customer satisfaction
.
Achieve
assigned revenue, asset, and fee income targets
.
