Relationship Manager - Working Capital

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves acquisition of new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships. Your primary focus is on maintaining HNW relationship management of the BBG customers to ensure quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers - Regularly interact with branches for lead generation, update leads in CRM, ensure conversions, and follow complete lead conversion process - Identify potential customers with wallet share for all BBG customers, develop product penetration strategies, and collaborate with branch banking team on various initiatives - Follow the laid down sales process, update client calls for existing and prospective clients in a structured manner, either individually or with support groups, branches, or supervisors In terms of Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for: - Building relationships with both internal and external customers - Ensuring client satisfaction and catering to all banking needs - Prepare customer profiling sheet, identify cross-sell and revenue increasing opportunities, and handle CAM preparation and query resolution Stakeholder Co-ordination is crucial, involving: - Coordinating with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver/extension, and addressing other customer requirements like Buyers credit, TODs - Engaging in E-Net, CMS, and cross-selling other products Qualifications Required: - Experience in Working capital is mandatory - Background in B2B Sales - Previous experience in Business Banking This job offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to excel in relationship management, business development, and stakeholder coordination within the banking sector.,
