Relationship Manager - Working Capital

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new asset relationships through various channels and manage a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships based on the geography covered and the branches assigned to you. You will also be tasked with maintaining high net worth (HNW) relationship management for the BBG customers to ensure the delivery of quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers by actively engaging in business development activities. - Collaborate with branches to generate leads for BBG, update leads in CRM, ensure conversions, and follow the complete lead conversion process. - Conduct market scoping to identify potential customers with wallet share for all BBG customers, develop product penetration strategies, and work on achieving targets under various initiatives in coordination with the branch banking team. - Follow the sales process by regularly updating client calls for both existing and prospective clients in a structured manner, either individually or with support groups, branches, or supervisors. - Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensure client satisfaction, and address all banking needs of the customers. - Prepare customer profiling sheets, identify cross-sell opportunities, and explore revenue-increasing avenues. - Prepare CAM (Credit Approval Memo) and resolve any customer queries efficiently. - Coordinate with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver/extension, and other customer requirements such as buyers credit and TOD's. - Engage in E-Net, CMS, and cross-sell other relevant products. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Working Capital is mandatory for this role. - Proven experience in B2B sales is essential. - Prior experience in Business Banking is preferred.,
