Job Description

A leading Small Finance Bank is hiring for Relationship Manager MSME Vertical

Location: Bangalore & Hosur

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

CTC: Up to 9 Lacs

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in
MSME / Working Capital / Business Loan Asset Finance
Experience in
relationship management and portfolio handling
Strong understanding of
credit appraisal, KYC, and risk norms
Banking / NBFC background preferred
Good communication, customer handling, and coordination skills

We are looking for a Relationship Manager Assets to drive business growth and manage MSME / Working Capital portfolios. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and adhering to credit and compliance norms within the MSME and Supply Chain Finance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive MSME / Working Capital business acquisition and portfolio growth
Manage and deepen relationships with existing and new customers
Handle end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and credit coordination
Ensure compliance with credit policy, KYC, and audit guidelines
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals
Coordinate with credit, operations, risk, and branch teams
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
