Lead and manage Kochi branch operations to achieve sales, collections, and overall business growth targets.
Drive
Project Sales and Commercial Sales
initiatives to expand the companys presence across Kochi and nearby Kerala markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, government departments, and contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, IT parks, corporate offices, hospitality, and institutional projects.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and branch-level targets.
Coordinate closely with the Head Office for strategy implementation, pricing, logistics, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely project execution and effective client servicing.
Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and recommend effective business strategies for regional growth.

Key Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10-20 years
of experience in
Project Sales/Commercial Sales
within the Building Materials industry (preferably interiors, ceilings, partitions, or related segments).
Strong network and established connections with architects, consultants, PMC firms, and builders in
Kochi and the Kerala market
.
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and branch operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
