Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
  
• Act as the single point of contact between the company and assigned colleges.
  
• Regularly visit campuses to nurture long-term collaborations.
  

2. Student Engagement & Support

• Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students.
  
• Provide counseling on career opportunities, admissions, or training programs.
  
• Address student queries related to courses, placements, or services offered.
  

3. Placement & Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate campus placement activities and job fairs.
  
• Facilitate student shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment processes.
  
• Work closely with HR/corporate teams to fulfill hiring needs.
  

4. Marketing & Promotions

• Promote the companys courses, training programs, or services in partner colleges.
  
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + on-campus).
  
• Collect and share feedback from students and faculty to improve offerings.
  

5. Business Development

• Identify new colleges and institutions to onboard as partners.
  
• Develop strategies to expand the companys footprint across districts/states.
  
• Achieve targets for admissions, partnerships, or student enrollments.
  

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain updated records of college contacts, student databases, and placement status.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campus activities, conversions, and partnerships.
  
• Share insights with management on trends in student behavior and college needs.
  

7. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  
• Provide feedback to product/training teams on course relevance.
  
• Ensure commitments made to colleges (like workshops, training sessions) are delivered.
