Roles & Responsibilities:

For Business Development Managers (BDM):

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
  
• Prepare and present business proposals to clients
  

For Customer Support (Voice Process):

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently
  
• Provide product/service information to customers
  
• Maintain accurate call records and reports
  

Key Skills:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
  
• Basic computer knowledge & internet handling
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Sales and customer service orientation
  

Eligibility:

• Education: Any Graduate with good communication skills
  
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
  
• Pass-outs: 2019 to 2025 preferred for freshers
  
• Age: 18+
  

Work Mode:
