🧭 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Counsellor who knows the MBA admissions ecosystem inside-out — exams, colleges, parents, pressure, and possibilities.
This role is not about cold selling.
It’s about guiding students, closing admissions ethically, and building long-term trust.
If you’ve spent years counselling MBA aspirants and you can confidently convert leads into admissions — this seat has your name on it.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Student Counselling & Admissions
• Counsel students and parents for MBA admissions (UG → PG transition focus)
• Assess student profiles (academic background, entrance scores, budget, career goals)
• Recommend suitable MBA colleges/universities (India-focused)
• Guide students through the entire admission lifecycle: enquiry → counselling → documentation → enrollment
🔹 Lead Management & Conversion
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic leads, WhatsApp and digital enquiries
• Follow up with warm and hot leads systematically
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions with professionalism
• Maintain proper lead and admission records (CRM or internal system)
🔹 Documentation & Coordination
• Assist students with:
• Application forms
• Document verification
• Fee structure explanation
• Offer letters & confirmation process
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions when required
🔹 Relationship Building
• Build long-term relationships with students, parents, colleges, and referral partners
• Ensure high student satisfaction and ethical counselling standards
• Act as a mentor, not just a salesperson

✅ Eligibility & Skills Required
🎓 Educational Background
• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
🧠 Experience
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in:
• MBA admission counselling OR
• Education consultancy with strong PG admissions exposure
🗣 Skills
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Strong understanding of:
• MBA entrance exams (CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / etc.)
• Indian MBA colleges & admission processes
• Confident handling of parents and students
• Target-oriented but ethically driven
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and documentation

💵 Fixed Salary
• ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Based on experience, performance, and interview evaluation)
