About the Role:

Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and career options.
• Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Follow up with interested students and maintain a proper lead management record.
• Assist students through the admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and local agents.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in education counselling, admissions, or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (in English, Bengali, and Hindi).
• Good knowledge of undergraduate & postgraduate course structures.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
