We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Team. The role is focused on student outreach, lead collection, building teacher/agent networks, and driving admissions for Undergraduate & Postgraduate courses.
📍 Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field + Remote)
📍 Work Locations: Katwa, Hooghly, Barasat, Bankura & Murshidabad (West Bengal)
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Conduct student outreach programs in schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
Generate & manage leads through field visits, counseling, and online engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with teachers, agents, and local influencers for referral networks.
Guide students and parents in the admission process for UG & PG courses.
Achieve monthly admission & sales targets.
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (education sales preferred).
Bike mandatory for field travel.
Basic IT skills (MS Office, lead management tools, email, WhatsApp campaigns).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
