We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail mortgages and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets and goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and loyalty. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail mortgages and relationship management. Strong understanding of inclusive banking principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with sales teams and contributing to business growth.
